Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles as he is known to the world of pop music is a British composer and singer. Harry Styles belongs to the band One Direction. The child of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born on January 1, 1994, in Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles, a former pupil of the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools, created a band named White Eskimo together with three of his fellow students. They won the Battle of Bands in 2009, thanks to their outstanding performances. But they came in third place, just behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles, his group as well as Cowell didn't take home the prize. But Cowell offered Harry Styles a 2 million pound contract to sign up with Syco.
